Chicken Creamy Gravy
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Evaporated milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (skimmed)|
|Chicken broth||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (canned, no salt added, undiluted)|
|Dry sherry||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground white pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Place margarine in a 4-cup glass measure,- microwave, uncovered, at HIGH for 30 seconds or until melted.
Add flour; stir until smooth.
Gradually odd milk, broth, and sherry; stir until smoot.
Microwave at HIGH for 3 to 5 minures or untl thickened, stirring once.
Str in saltpepper, and chives
