  Fat 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Soup stock 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Kitchen bouquet 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Escoffier sauce 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Use fat from drippings in baking pan, add flour and brown.
Add liquid and seasonings.
Cook for a few minutes, strain.
