Steak N Gravy

Ingredients
  Round steak 1 Pound, trimmed
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hot cooked rice/Mashed potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cut beef into bite-size pieces; brown in oil in a skillet.
Transfer to a slow cooker.
Cover with water; add tomato sauce and seasonings.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours, or until meat is tender.
In a small bowl, combine flour and cold water to make a paste; stir into liquid in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high 30 minutes longer or until gravy is thickened.
