|Pan drippings||2 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Meat juices/Broth / water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Pour off all but 2 tablespoons pan drippings from pan.
Add flour, stirring until smooth.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually add meat juice; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in salt and pepper.
