Spring Grapefruit Cup
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Aromatic bitters||1 Teaspoon|
Cut each grapefruit in half.
Cut around edges and membranes to remove grapefruit sections.
Place sections in bowl.
Remove membrane from grapefruit shells and reserve shells.
Wash and hull strawberries; cut in half and place in bowl with grapefruit sections.
Sprinkle sugar and bitters over fruit; toss.
Cover and chill.
At serving time, fill grapefruit shells with fruit mixture.
If desired, trim with mint leaves.
