|Ruby sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 recipe)|
Peel and section grapefruit. Chill. To serve:
1. Pour undiluted Ruby Sauce over grapefruit sections in serving bowl. Serve 5 sections plus sauce in each individual serving dish.
2. Place 5 grapefruit sections in each individual serving dish. Spoon some of the sauce over each.
