This grapefruit fluff is a yummy recipe that is very simple and easy. You can start cooking with grapes even if you are just a beginner.   Canned grapefruit sections 1 Pound
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whipped instant dry milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Vanilla wafers 14

Drain grapefruit sections; reserve syrup.
Blend gela- tin, sugar and 1/2 cup grapefruit syrup; simmer until dissolved, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice.
Chill until thickened, stirring occa- sionally.
Fold gelatin mixture into whipped milk.
Spoon half the mixture into 9-inch pie plate; place vanilla wafers around edge of pie plate.
Spoon grape- fruit sections over gelatin mixture; cover with re- maining gelatin.
Chill until firm.
