Grapefruit In Shells
|Lemon gelatin||6 Ounce|
|Pineapple juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Scoop out pulp and juice;, reserve.
Remove membrane, leaving smooth shell.
Dissolve gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water.
Stir in 3 1/4 cups grapefruit pulp and juice; pour into grapefruit shells.
Chill until set.
Combine flour, sugar, egg yolk, lemon and pineapple juices in double boiler; cook over sim- mering water until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add marshmallows; stir until melted.
Cool; fold in whipped cream and nuts.
Serve over gelatin in shells.
