Grapefruit In Shells

Add to the taste of your everyday cooking with the grape. This fruit can add that much needed twist to any everyday dish. The grapefruit in shells is a yummy treat where you can enjoy the flavor and taste of the delicious fruit - grapes
Ingredients
  Grapefruit 2
  Lemon gelatin 6 Ounce
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Egg yolk 1
  Lemon 1
  Pineapple juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Marshmallows 4
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Halve grapefruit.
Scoop out pulp and juice;, reserve.
Remove membrane, leaving smooth shell.
Dissolve gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water.
Stir in 3 1/4 cups grapefruit pulp and juice; pour into grapefruit shells.
Chill until set.
Combine flour, sugar, egg yolk, lemon and pineapple juices in double boiler; cook over sim- mering water until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add marshmallows; stir until melted.
Cool; fold in whipped cream and nuts.
Serve over gelatin in shells.
