Orange Grapefruit Ring
|Lemon gelatin||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned frozen orange juice concentrate||6 Ounce, thawed (1 Can)|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned mandarin oranges||11 Ounce, drained, reserving liquid (1 Can)|
|Canned grapefruit sections||1 Pound, drained, and chopped (1 Can)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add orange juice concentrate, cold water and mandarin orange liquid; refrigerate until slightly thickened.
Fold in oranges and grapefruit.
Pour into an oiled 6 1/2-cup ring mold and refrigerate 5 hours or until firm.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
