Orange Grapefruit Ring

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned frozen orange juice concentrate 6 Ounce, thawed (1 Can)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained, reserving liquid (1 Can)
  Canned grapefruit sections 1 Pound, drained, and chopped (1 Can)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add orange juice concentrate, cold water and mandarin orange liquid; refrigerate until slightly thickened.
Fold in oranges and grapefruit.
Pour into an oiled 6 1/2-cup ring mold and refrigerate 5 hours or until firm.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
