Pineapple And Grapefruit Baskets

Ingredients
  Grapefruit 2 Large (Good Sized)
  Diced pineapple 4 Ounce (Fresh / Canned)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (A Little)
  Cherries 4
  Mint 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the grapefruit into halves through the centre, remove the pulp and mix with the pineapple, any juice from fresh pineapple and a little canned pineapple syrup.
Sweeten to taste, pile back into grapefruit cases and decorate with cherries and mint sprigs.
Put a handle of pineapple skin or grapefruit skin over the top if wished.
