Stuffed Grapefruit

Ingredients
  Grapefruit 2
  Orange 1 , juiced
  Prawns 5 Ounce (150 Gram)
  Avocado 1
  Ketchup 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Mayonnaise 50 Milliliter (3 Heaped Tablespoon)
  Sugar 1 Pinch
  Paprika 1 Pinch
Directions

1. Halve the grapefruit. Scoop out the flesh, being careful not to break the skin. Put the shells aside. Remove the white skin from the segments and dice the flesh. Halve the avocado, remove the stone, scoop out the flesh and dice it finely.
2. Mix the grapefruit, avocado and orange juice in a bowl.
3. Shell the prawns and add them to the fruit.
4. Mix together the ingredients for the sauce, add to the grapefruit mixture and fill the shells. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
