Barbecued Grapefruit

Ingredients
  Grapefruit 3 Large
  Brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), firmly packed
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Rum 125 Milliliter (warmed)
Directions

Cut grapefruit in half, loosen the flesh from the skin and cut into segments.
Sprinkle brown sugar over the halves and dot with butter.
Place fruit on the grid over hot coals, flesh side up, and cook for 20-25 minutes, until heated through.
Sprinkle warmed rum over the grapefruit, ignite.
