Broiled Grapefruit

Ingredients
  Grapefruits 2 Medium, cut in half
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
Directions

With a grapefruit knife, separate the flesh of the fruit from the shell and separate into sections, making sure they are loosened from the peel.
Sprinkle with sherry and broil until the grapefruits are slightly brown and the tops glazed.
The alcohol in the sherry evaporates during broiling, so no calories are added.
