|Mixed spice||1 Teaspoon|
|Cherries||1 Tablespoon (Glace / Maraschino For Decoration)|
Halve the grapefruit and loosen the pulp from the skins, discarding pips and pith.
Spread with the softened butter and sprinkle sugar and spice over the top.
Put for about 4 min under a hot grill or for 10 min in a fairly hot oven (400° F., Gas 6).
Decorate with cherries and serve at once.
