|Grapefruit||2 Large, halved|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Orange liqueur||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cut around every section of grapefruit, close to membrane (fruit should be completely loosened from shell).
Combine melted butter, orange liqueur, and sugar; drizzle over cut fruit.
Let stand at room temperature about 2 hours to marinate fruit.
Broil grapefruit in shallow baking pan 4 inches from heat about 10 minutes or long enough to brown tops of fruit and till bubbling hot.
