Broiled Grapefruit Sections
|Grapefruit sections||2 Cup (32 tbs), skinned, seeded and well drained|
|Flaked unsweetened coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place grapefruit sections in a single layer in 4 individual ovenproof gra-tin dishes.
Drizzle honey over grapefruit, 1/2 tablespoon per portion.
Place under broiler until sizzling.
Sprinkle with coconut, and broil until topping is just golden.
Do not overcook.
