  Grapefruits 2 Large
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Mint leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh fruit in season 150 Milliliter (1 Teacup)

Halve grapefruits, remove pulp.
Cut strips from top of skin for 'handles'.
Mix grapefruit pulp with fruit and sugar.
Pile back into cases.
Chill, decorate with mint leaves and 'handles'
