Sea Trout With Grapes

Ingredients
  Sea trout 2 Pound (1 kilogram, 7 pieces)
  White port 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Seedless white grapes 1⁄2 Pound, peeled
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon (corn flour)
  Sour cream 4 Tablespoon (creme fraiche)
  Mild mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Clean the trout and remove the head.
Rinse the fish under plenty of cold running water and pat dry on kitchen paper.
Put the fish in a long dish and add the port.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes.
Put the cornstarch (cornflour) in a bowl.
Gradually stir in the sour cream (creme fraiche) until you have a smooth mixture.
Add the mustard and the cooking liquid from the fish.
Cook for 1 minute on HIGH.
Stir and cook for 1 further minute.
Add the grapes and heat for 30 seconds.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Remove the skin from the trout.
Put the fish in a serving dish.
Pour the sauce and grapes over
