Molded Grape Supreme
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Frozen grape juice||6 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Seedless grapes||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
Add 1 cup boiling water, sugar and salt to gelatin mixture; stir until dissolved.
Stir in grape juice and lemon juice, mixing well.
Refrigerate until partially set.
Fold in fruits and nuts.
Pour into 1-quart'mold.
Refrigerate until firm.
