Spiced Grape Mold
|Canned spiced seedless grapes||16 Ounce|
|Lime gelatin||2 Tablespoon|
|Lime juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Drain and chill grapes.
Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups hot water.
Add 1 1/2 cups ice water and lime juice.
Chill until thickened slightly.
Fold in grapes.
Pour into a 5-cup ring mold.
Chill until firm.
Fill center of mold with strawberries dusted with powdered sugar.
May use dressing of whipped cream and mayonnaise.
