Quick Grape Cobbler
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Grape juice||2 Cup (32 tbs), unsweetened|
Combine margarine, 1/2 cup sugar, flour, salt and baking powder in baking dish; blend well, using pastry blender.
Combine grape juice and remaining sugar in saucepan, stirring well; bring to a boil.
Pour over mixture in baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees until crust rises to top and browns.
