Melon, Pineapple and Grape Cocktail
|Fresh pineapple/1 can pineapple chunks in own juice||8 Ounce (225 Grams)|
|Seedless white grapes||8 Ounce, halved (225 Grams)|
|White grape juice||4 Fluid Ounce (120 Milliliter / 1/2 Cup)|
1. Remove the seeds from the melon half and use a melon bailer to scoop out even-size balls.
2. Using a sharp knife, cut the skin from the pineapple and discard. Cut the fruit into bite-size chunks.
3. Combine all the fruits in a glass serving dish and pour over the juice. If you are using canned pineapple, measure the drained juice and make it up to the required quantity with the grape juice.
4. If not serving immediately, cover and chill. Serve decorated with mint leaves, if liked.
