Ingredients
  Canned peaches in grape juice 7 Fluid Ounce (200 Milliliter)
  Soya milk 3 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (100 Milliliter)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Ounce (15 Gram)
Directions

Put the peaches and their juice in a blender with the soya milk and sunflower seeds and process for about 20 seconds until smooth.
Add a few ice cubes and blend again for about 10 seconds.
