Grape Brulee

Ingredients
  White grapes 1⁄2 Pound (seedless)
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Light brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Peel grapes; drain on absorbent paper.
Place in heatproof dish, spoon over cream.
Leave overnight in refrigerator.
Just before serving, sift sugar over surface and place under slow grill until sugar melts.
Increase heat to high, continue grilling until sugar caramelizes.
