Ingredients
  Roquefort cheese 1 Pound (At Room Temperature)
  Cream cheese 1 Pound (At Room Temperature)
  Seedless green grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pistachios 1 Pound
Directions

1. Combine Roquefort and cream cheese in a bowl and beat until well blended. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Chill the grapes.
3. Place pistachios in a food processor and chop fine.
