Sole With Oranges And Grapes
|Sole fillets||16 Ounce|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
|Seedless grapes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved|
|Unsweetened orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Margarine||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Ground cloves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Arrange fillers in a 12- x 8- x 2-inch baking dish rhar has been coated with cooking spray.
Top each filler with an orange slice.
Combine grapes and remaining ingredients; srir well, and pour over fillers.
Bake, covered, at 400° for 15 minures or until fish flakes easily when rested with a fork.
