Roasted Grapes & Onions

Ingredients
  Red seedless grapes 3 Cup (48 tbs) (stemmed)
  Red onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Rinse and drain grapes.
In a 9 x 13 inch pan, mix grapes with red onion and olive oil.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until grapes are browned and begin to collapse.
Stir halfway through cooking time.
Remove from oven and stir in balsamic vinegar and salt to taste.
Scrape into a small bowl.
