Grape Granita

Ingredients
  Red grape juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon extract 1 Teaspoon
  Seedless grapes 10 , halved
Directions

Pour grape juice into a medium-size bowl.
Mix honey into grape juice thoroughly.
Stir in water and lemon extract.
Pour into an 11 1/2 X 9 X 3 1/2-inch metal pan, and freeze until ice crystals begin to form, about 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from freezer, and stir well to break up crystals.
Freeze for another 5 hours, breaking up crystals every 30 minutes.
