Melon And Grapes
|Green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Buttermilk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Liquid sugar||1 Teaspoon|
Peel and cube melon into the size of the grapes and place in bowl.
Peel grapes and add to melon.
Combine buttermilk, sugar replacement and water in cup, stirring to blend.
Pour over fruit mixture.
Fold in gently to coat the fruit.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Drain thoroughly and divide between 2 cold serving dishes.
