Fruited Granola

Ingredients
  Quick-cooking rolled oats 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Coarsely chopped raw peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grape nut cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Snipped mixed dried fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Advance preparation:
Combine rolled oats, chopped raw peanuts, and cereal.
Spread in 15 1/2x10 1/2X1 inch baking pan.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, stirring once.
Stir in dried fruit and brown sugar.
Store in tightly covered container.
Serve with milk, if desired.
Makes about 4 1/2 cups.
