|Rolled oats||6 Cup (96 tbs) (Large Flake)|
|Unsalted sunflower seed||1 Cup (16 tbs), roasted|
|Sweetened, flaked coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs), sweetened|
|Unblanched almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except raisins.
Stir until well combined.
Spread granola in 17 1/2 by 11 1/2 in (45 x 29 cm) jelly roll pan.
Bake in 350 F (180 C) oven 15 minutes; stir well.
Cook 15 minutes or until granola is golden brown and no longer moist.
Stir in raisins; let cool.
Freeze for up to 1 month; there's no need to thaw before serving.
