Munchy Granola

Ingredients
  Rolled oats 6 Cup (96 tbs) (Large Flake)
  Unsalted sunflower seed 1 Cup (16 tbs), roasted
  Sweetened, flaked coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs), sweetened
  Unblanched almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except raisins.
Stir until well combined.
Spread granola in 17 1/2 by 11 1/2 in (45 x 29 cm) jelly roll pan.
Bake in 350 F (180 C) oven 15 minutes; stir well.
Cook 15 minutes or until granola is golden brown and no longer moist.
Stir in raisins; let cool.
Freeze for up to 1 month; there's no need to thaw before serving.
