|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oatmeal||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sunflower seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant dry milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
In a 4-cup glass measure, combine honey and oil.
Combine oatmeal, flour, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, milk, nuts, and cinnamon in 3-quart micro-proof casserole.
Add honey mixture and stir until well mixed.
Cook on HI, 5 minutes, stirring once.
Store in airtight container.
