Breakfast Granola

Granola is a chewy, delicious and nutritious breakfast cereal that can be served with milk or soy milk. Granola is made with regular oats and can contain dry fruits and nuts. Try this granola recipe at home and store it for future use as a healthy breakfast recipe.
Ingredients
  Oats 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Shredded coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Sweetened Or Unsweetened)
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Dry fruits 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix all ingredients together.
Mix well.
Transfer batter to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, until it is golden brown and crunchy.
Add dry fruits.
Serve with milk or soy milk.
Store it in airtight container, if needed.
