Whole Food Granola Bars
|Rolled oats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sunflower seeds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded|
|Pumpkin seeds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flax seeds||4 Tablespoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coconut oil||3 Tablespoon|
In a sheet pan, combine rolled oats, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, coconut, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon.
Stir the ingredients well.
In a blender, blend golden flax until they are smooth.
Add the powder to oat mixture.
In a saucepan, combine water, honey, molasses, and coconut oil.
Heat them until melted.
Add vanilla to the pan.
Add honey mixture to the oat mixture.
Stir them well.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
Place the sheet pan in the oven and cook for 25 minutes.
Take out the pan from the oven.
Stir the ingredients and again put the pan in the oven for another 25 minutes, or until they are dry.
