Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.
Spread mixture on a lightly greased 15- x 10- x 1-inch jellyroll pan.
Bake at 350Â° for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Stir in pecans and dates.
Cool; store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
