Raw Apple Cinnamon Granola Part 1

Ingredients
For the base mixture
  Buckwheat groats 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Raw, organic / Soaked for 6 hrs, sprouted for 1 - 2 days)
  Almonds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped (Raw, organic / Soaked overnight)
  Cinnamon powder 1 Tablespoon
  Celtic sea salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
For the apple cinnamon mixture
  Gala apples 2 1⁄2 Medium
  Cinnamon powder 2 Teaspoon
  Celtic sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Rest of the ingredients
  Maple syrup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. To a large mixing bowl, add the ingredients for the base mixture, stir to mix well. Set this aside.
2. In a food processor add ingredients for apple cinnamon mixture. Blend well.
3. Add mixture to the bowl with the base mixture and stir to combine everything well.
4. Finally, add the cinnamon powder and maple syrup to the mixture and mix well.
5. Spread the prepared mixture on a parchment lined tray (spaced the mixture out well) and dehydrate overnight or longer if needed.

SERVING
6. Enjoy with some fresh fruits and almond milk.
