JENN'S CHEWY GRANOLA BARS

Makes a great snack for home, school or bring it along on a hike or camping trip. Great Tastes of Manitoba 2011/2012.
Ingredients
  Brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (157 Milliliter)
  Honey 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (175 Milliliter)
  Smooth peanut butter 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (150 Milliliter)
  Canola oil 75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Coconut flakes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 Milliliter)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 Milliliter)
  Chocolate chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 Milliliter)
  Sliced almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Skin On 125 Milliliter)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 Milliliter)
  Wheat bran 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (75 Milliliter)
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon (30 Milliliter)
  Flaked oats 3 Cup (48 tbs) (750 Milliliter)
Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F/170°C. In extra large bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, peanut butter, canola oil, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. Add coconut, raisins, chocolate chips, almonds, sunflower seeds, bran, sesame seeds and oats. Stir until blended. In a 9x13 inch pan, line with parchment paper and lightly spray with canola oil. Press mixture into the pan, making sure it is even. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool in pan. Cut into individual bars and store in freezer.
