Ealthy Oat Granola

Ingredients
  Quaker oat bran hot cereal 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Quick oats 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Quick / Old Fashioned, Uncooked)
  Instant nonfat dry milk solids 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Grated orange peel 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried banana chips 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine oat bran, oats, dry milk solids, honey, sunflower seeds, oil, water, orange peel and vanilla; mix well.
Spread in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring once after 10 minutes.
Stir in banana chips and raisins.
Cool completely.
Store tightly covered up to 1 week.
Serve cold or hot with skim milk or as a topping over fruit, low fat yogurt or ice milk, if desired.
