Ingredients
  Quick-cooking rolled oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Barley flakes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grape nuts cereal/Wheat flakes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bran flakes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sunflower oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sun dried cherries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sun dried blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh fruits 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

MAKING
2)In a large mixing bowl, combine together, barley flakes, bran flakes, rolled oats, sesame seeds, grapenuts, oil and water.
3)Take an ungreased cake pan of size 13X9 inch and transfer contents of bowl into this.
4)Bake for 45 minutes. Stir once every 15 minutes.
5)Once done, cool. Then add in cherries, almonds, honey, molasses, blueberries, raisins.

SERVING
6)Take out cereal bowls and spoon in some granola.
7)Serve with yogurt and fresh fruits.
