Ingredients
  Regular oatmeal 3 Cup (48 tbs), uncooked
  Sesame seeds 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sunflower seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened wheat germ 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Golden seedless raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced dried apricots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped dates 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 250°.
Lightly grease cookie sheet.
In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and wheat germ.
Stir oil and honey together and pour over dry mixture, stirring well.
Spread mixture on cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
Allow mixture to cool and then break into large pieces.
Combine pieces with raisins, apricots, dates, coconut, and almonds.
Store in an airtight container.
Can be stored in an airtight container for up to two months in refrigerator.
