Granola Snack

Ingredients
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Smooth / Crunchy)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Quick cooking oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dry roasted peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
In a large saucepan, combine peanut butter, honey, oil and sugar; blend well.
Break mincemeat into small pieces and add to peanut butter mixture.
Boil briskly, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Add oats and peanuts and stir well.
Spoon into a 13x9-inch pan.
Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool; break into chunks.
Store in a tightly covered container.
To re-crisp the snack, place desired amount on a cookie sheet and heat at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool.
