Ingredients
  Oats 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Wheat germ 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Raw Or Toasted)
  Grated coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Non fat dry milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon, firmly packed
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
  Raw nuts/Seeds/raisins/chopped dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 250°.
In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients.
Combine oil, honey, and vanilla in a saucepan and warm; add to dry ingredients.
Mix by hand until all particles are coated.
Spread mixture on baking sheet.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring periodically.
When finished toasting, add nuts, seeds, or dried fruits.
Cool and store in airtight container.
