|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Desiccated coconut powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||2 Tablespoon|
|Cocoa powder||2 Tablespoon|
Soak broken wheat in 1/2 cup of milk for 1/2 an hour.
Beat egg, 3/4 cup sugar and butter together till creamy in a large mixing bowl.
Mix broken wheat (dalia) and sugar mixture.
Grease a rectangular baking dish.
Pour the wheat mixture making a 1/2 cm thick layer.
Put cocoa powder over the wheat mixture, then coconut and finally chopped walnuts.
Heat 1/4 cup of remaining milk and sugar till dissolved.
Pour it over the walnuts evenly.
Bake the granolas in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
Mark the cutting lines on the granola while still hot.
Remove from tray when slightly cool and break the bars.
