1. Place oats in a 10-inch round baking dish. Microwave at Cook Cycle 1 (power level 10) for 4 minutes, stirring twice. Mix in nuts, wheat germ, and brown sugar. Stir in honey and vanilla. Microwave, uncovered, at Cook Cycle 2 (power level 10) for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring 3 times.
2. Add coconut, apricots, and raisins to cereal mixture. Stir occasionally as granola cools to break up. Store in a tightly lidded container.
