|Old fashioned rolled oats||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Unsweetened coconut flakes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Raw wheat germ||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raw walnuts/Pecans/almonds/cashews||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Raw sunflower seeds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dried fruit||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Combine honey, vegetable oil and vanilla extract in a small saucepan. Bring to a low boil then immediately reduce heat to low, keeping mixture warm.
Mix together uncooked oats, coconut, wheat germ, nuts and seeds. Spread over the bottom of 2 large, shallow, ungreased baking pans. Pour warm honey mixture over dry ingredients and stir to coat evenly.
Bake at 250° F. for 30 to 60 minutes until browned. Stir several times during baking. Watch carefully towards the end of the baking period to prevent burning.
Let cool completely. Stir in raisins and dried fruit and store in a tightly sealed container.
