Ingredients
  Rolled oats 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy nuts/Peanuts/ other inexpensive nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins/Prunes, dates, currants/ other fruit available 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
In a very large bowl, mix together oats, flour, wheat germ, coconut, seeds, and nuts.
In a separate container, mix together the rest of the ingredients except raisins.
Pour wet ingredients over dry; mix thoroughly until well blended.
Spread mixture onto two well-greased baking sheets.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden, stirring regularly.
When thoroughly cool, stir in fruit.
Store in an airtight container.
Serve with milk, yogurt, fruit, etc., as a breakfast cereal or as an ingredient in cookies, breads, or snack items.
