1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place oatmeal in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and toast in oven 10 minutes.
3. Combine oil, honey, brown sugar, and vanilla.
4. Add oil mixture, seeds, and walnuts to toasted oatmeal.
5. Bake 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
6. Cool and add wheat germ and raisins.
7. Store in a covered container in refrigerator.
