Granola Bars

Ingredients
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peanut butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Granola 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Apricots/Raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), dried
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (toasted)
  Coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sesame seed 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (toasted)
Directions

In a 3-quart bowl, bring honey to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
Add peanut butter and blend; microwave 30 seconds.
In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Stir into hot honey mixture.
Press into a 7 x 11 x 2-inch dish.
Cover and chill.
