Sesame Granola With Wheat Germ

Ingredients
  Nonfat dry milk 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Uncooked oatmeal 3 Ounce
  Wheat germ 1 Ounce
  Flour 5 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 2 Teaspoon)
  Sesame seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dried prunes 8 Medium, pitted and cut into small pieces
  Vegetable oil 5 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 2 Teaspoon)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coconut extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine nonfat dry milk, oatmeal, wheat germ, flour, sesame seeds, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
In a small saucepan combine water and prunes.
Bring to boil; cook about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in oil and extracts, if desired.
Combine with oatmeal mixture and spread in a 13x9-inch baking pan.
Bake at 325°F.
for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Allow to cool and store in a tightly closed container in refrigerator.
Divide evenly.
