Ingredients
  Uncooked oatmeal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bran/Bran cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced dried fruits 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Such As Apricots, Apples, Prunes, Figs, Or A Mixture)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Such A Walnuts, Pecans, Cashews, Hazelnuts, Or Almonds)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine all the ingredients and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
(It will keep for at least 2 weeks.) Serve with milk and, if desired, sugar or honey.
