|Diced dried fruits||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Such As Apricots, Apples, Prunes, Figs, Or A Mixture)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Such A Walnuts, Pecans, Cashews, Hazelnuts, Or Almonds)|
|Sunflower seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine all the ingredients and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
(It will keep for at least 2 weeks.) Serve with milk and, if desired, sugar or honey.
